Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 30, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Influential Leader Agency ("ILA," "we," "us") governing your enrollment in The Power of Storytelling & Publicity membership ("Program"). By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Membership & Six-Month Commitment
The Program is offered on a six (6) month minimum commitment, billed monthly at the tier you select at enrollment ($199/month Storyteller or $299/month Storyteller Plus). By enrolling, you authorize ILA to charge your designated payment method monthly for the full six-month term. The commitment is non-cancellable except as required by applicable law. After the initial six-month term, the membership continues month-to-month until cancelled in writing with at least thirty (30) days' notice.
3. What's Included
Storyteller members receive: one (1) project review with written feedback per month, access to the monthly live workshop, pitch reviews by publicity professionals, and a one-time curated list of approximately a dozen media contacts. Storyteller Plus members receive two (2) project reviews per month and two (2) curated media contact lists. A "project" is any single deliverable (bio, website, media kit, book concept, soundbite, keynote topic, launch, campaign, or pitch). Feedback on submitted projects is provided within seventy-two (72) hours of submission through the ILA intake form.
4. Live Sessions & Recordings
Workshops are held once per month for one (1) hour via Zoom and are led by Brielle and the award-winning ILA team. Recordings are made available to Members who cannot attend live. Recordings remain the property of ILA and may not be redistributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Payment, Refunds & Late Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable, and missed sessions or unused project reviews do not roll over or qualify for refunds or credits. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current. Members remain responsible for the full six-month commitment regardless of access suspension caused by non-payment.
6. Confidentiality
Members agree to keep all materials, recordings, media contact lists, member submissions, and discussions shared inside the Program strictly confidential. Media contacts provided by ILA are for the personal, non-commercial use of the Member only and may not be sold, shared, published, or redistributed.
7. Intellectual Property
All ILA materials, frameworks, templates, recordings, curated lists, and proprietary content are owned by ILA and licensed to Members for personal use during active membership only. Members retain ownership of their own original work product; feedback and edits provided by ILA may be used by the Member at their discretion.
8. Code of Conduct
Members agree to engage respectfully with ILA staff, expert reviewers, and fellow Members. ILA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for harassment, abusive behavior, breach of confidentiality, or any conduct detrimental to the Program or its participants.
9. No Guarantee of Results
ILA provides expert guidance, feedback, and curated media contacts; we do not guarantee press placements, book deals, sales, revenue, or any specific business outcome. Member success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and many factors outside ILA's control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILA's total liability arising out of or relating to the Program shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Member in the six (6) months preceding the claim. ILA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ILA maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
12. Modifications
ILA may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Members via email. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact
